I am a corporate leader turned business coach and mom of 3. With nearly two decades of corporate leadership, I have developed nearly 300 hundred employees on leadership, mindset, and process improvement strategies.
One day I decided to help a friend on her business, and joined her Network Marketing team, this started my entrepreneurial journey. After nearly a year of failed attempts to sell and build a team and carrying the mom guilt of not being present enough, I felt defeated and wondering if I needed to pull the plug.
On a December morning, my son stood in front of me sobbing saying that he was the only kid whose parents never made it to the classroom parties. He said I always picked work over him. It was at that moment I knew I needed to make a change. I needed to finally start treating my business, like a real business, and work smarter, not harder.
I set out to master lead generation and how to put it on autopilot. Within 3 months up I was up and running, with a steady stream of leads coming into my business, waiting for me to nurture them and convert them into paying clients. Because I cut so much time out of chasing leads, I could start making all the classroom parties, PTO meetings, and enjoying weekends at the pool. All while not worrying about being constantly in my business to get the results.
Now not only am I Mom of the Year in my kids eyes but I also have been able to start two successful businesses helping busy female entrepreneurs automate their lead generation so they can THRIVE! I support multiple clients and their marketing attraction strategies with my Marketing Agency.
